He/she should be able to accept and grin in the face of harsh criticism of his beliefs, and he should not be ashamed or humiliated to embrace his faults sincerely.

He/she should be proud of his culture, national attire, and native tongue.

In addition to being a dedicated tutor, he should be a missionary, a mentor, a reformer, and a guide. In other words, he/she should be the ideal teacher and educator.

A teacher coordinates the various activities and experiences in the classroom to ensure that the learning process runs smoothly and results in the intended behavioural changes.

To help the instructor attain this goal, he/she creates lesson plans based on the scheme of work and teaching syllabus. By doing so, the teacher makes judgments that unavoidably shift the curriculum from what the curriculum developers planned to what the learners experience in the classroom.

The teacher analyzes his or her pupils’ or learners’ qualities in order to evaluate their developmental stages and needs, as well as differences in the learner.

The teacher decides what to educate the pupils and what tasks they will perform; he then decides the instructional objectives based on the objectives.

The instructor selects how to teach it (method), what resources to use, what teaching skills to utilize, and what evaluation criteria to use to evaluate when objectives are accomplished.
